The ski resort of Avoriaz is accessible in just 2 hours from Geneva airport.Avoriaz is part of The Port Du Soleil Ski Area, which includes the Morzine resort and the area offers offers a massive 650km of piste in addition to excellent off piste skiing. The resort itself, located high in the Alps and surrounded by beautiful mountains, is purpose built. The traffic free centre combined with being able to ski to your door makes for a laid back atmosphere.

Avoriaz ski area is fantastic for snowboarders and freestyle skiers as the Stash a natural playground developed by Burton which encompasses a wall for vertical sliding, logs and tree trunk obstacles, wooden tables for sliding on, jumps from paths and rocks, trees bent like rainbows, snow shock-absorbers, wooden toboggans, ramps and many more natural obstacles. Situated in the middle of a large expanse of un-groomed snow, The Stash offers 1.3km of snow playground, ideal for trying out wide turns in powder snow. These slopes wind in and out of the trees in the Lindarets forest and are punctuated with hidden wooden obstacles all around the circuits that skiers stumble across when hurtling down a 'secret passage'.
